[/vc_column][/vc_row]The production process for Di Capri Limoncello has remained the same over generations using lemons exclusively grown on the island of Capri and Sorrento on the mainland, near Naples. Both lemon growing regions have been awarded geographical protection status. Using traditional methods the lemon peels are carefully removed and infused in grain alcohol, imparting a delicious lemon flavour with none of the sourness usually associated with lemon juice.
