With its low dosage, the Extra Brut is purer style of blanc de blancs. It has a soft, floral character on the nose, with notes of hawthorn and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine has a fine mousse with delicate, persistent bubbles. The flavours are layered and complex with notes of citrus fruits, fresh pastry and roasted almonds that linger on the finish.
