This wine is ruby red in colour, with a complex and intense nose of red cherries, raspberries and cranberries, which continue through onto the palate. The wine has firm yet smooth tannins with a lingering spicy finish and hints of vanilla.

| Vintage | 2017 was a very hot year with very few rainy days. There was no disease pressure in these hot and relatively dry conditions, and yet the rain showers meant that vines avoided hydric stress. The heat led to the early ripening of excellent quality grapes. |
